Comments:
IMPORTANT! In order to become a bidder, it is necessary:
1. provide a full package of documents (specified in the Invitation);
2. attach the CP with a signature and seal, according to Table 1 (see Invitation) declaration of conformity for the products.

Required documents:
a) Company charter (the IP is not requested);
b) Copies of the audited financial statements (if the company prepares financial statements) for the last reporting period (balance sheet and profit and loss account for 2016) and certified tax returns (VAT, profit tax, STS) for the last reported the period at the time of reporting;
c) Certificate of tax registration;
d) Certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL) or EGRIP (for individual entrepreneurs);
e) Document (order, order, power of attorney, bank card), confirming the right to sign and samples of signatures of the head, chief accountant or authorized persons signing financial documents (including invoices, invoices);
e) A certificate of absence of tax arrears from the Tax Inspectorate. (A reference on tax debts for the purpose of conducting a tender should be received no more than 1 month at the time of the tender);
g) Protocol (decision, order) on the appointment (election) of the head of the organization;
h) Certificate of ownership or lease for office premises at the actual location;
i) Information on the average number of employees for the previous calendar year (form KPI 1110018);

The choice of the supplier will be based on the approved criteria and points. The request will be laid out the criteria, the approved form of the model agreement, those. specification for the stabilizer.

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
