Required documents:
a company Charter) (the IP is not required);
b) copies certified financial statements (if the company makes its financial statements) for the last reporting period (accounting balance sheet and income statement for the 2016g.) and certified tax returns (VAT, profit tax, FEE) for the last the reporting period at the time of reporting;

e) Certificate on absence of debts on taxes and fees of the IFTS (certificate of tax arrears for the purposes of the tender must be received no more than 1 month at the time of the tender);
f) Protocol (decision, order) of appointment (election) of the head of the Organization;
w) proof of ownership or lease agreement for Office space in the actual location;
and) information about the average number of employees for the preceding calendar year (form CPV 1110018);
Provider selection will take place on the basis of strict criteria and points. The request will be lined with criteria established form of the Model Treaty, those. specification on the stabilizer.
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
The Organizer has announced the results on 08.11.2018 at 07:18
and selected the winner: Offer (name hidden) submitting a bid dated of 13.07.2018 15:58 totalling to 6 395 023,80 RUB (price excl. of VAT) on Item No. 1.
