Comments: Dear sirs!
We ask you to read the attached technical specification and provide your price offer for the project: "construction of a new production building of a full-cycle plant for the production of instant coffee".
As part of the project, it is necessary to build a production building and a building of a free-standing steam boiler house:
1) The building of the production building has the following TEPs: The building area is 4,000 m2. 1-4 floors. The total area of the building is 11,000 m2
The building is built on monolithic foundations of the grillage type. The frame is mainly made of prefabricated w / b, monolithic w / b floor slabs and a floor plate with an epoxy coating finish. Enclosing structures-sandwich panels of 150 mm. The roof is ventilated, soft on a profiled sheet with mineral wool insulation and waterproofing with a rubber-bitumen carpet. Window blocks are made of aluminum profile in an easily resettable design.
The contract works include engineering systems of the building, power supply, heating, ventilation, conidioning, fire protection systems, water supply and sewerage.
2) The boiler house building has the following TEPs: Building area of 400 m2. 1-2 floors. The steel frame of the building on monolithic foundations. Enclosing structures -sandwich panels. The roof is soft. Window blocks are made of aluminum profile in an easily resettable design.
The scope of work also includes preparatory work, earthworks, landscaping work on the territory of 10,000 m2. The device of external networks of NVK, fire-fighting water supply. The construction of a pipe bridge/pedestrian gallery.

By your participation, you confirm the following:
1) The company is familiar with the provisions of the Supplier's Code of Conduct, posted at the link https://www.jacobsdouweegberts.com/siteassets/russia/supplier_code_of_conduct_russia.
pdf and undertakes to comply with its requirements;
2) Prices are valid for at least 3 months from the date of submission of the price offer;
3) Prices are indicated in rubles excluding VAT;
4) Mandatory appendices to the price offer (in excel and pdf format with signature and seal):
- Detailed cost calculation (file "statement of work volumes" in the attachment);
- The project implementation schedule proposed by the Participant;
- Proposed project management scheme;
- Comments on the provided project documentation and suggestions for optimization;
- The confidentiality agreement signed by the participant (NDA file) ;
- The participant's questionnaire is in 2 parts.
Price offers without the above applications will not be considered.
5) The maximum amount of the advance is 20%, subject to the provision of a bank guarantee. Phased closure of works with deferred payment is allowed no earlier than 30-45 k.d. The contract will also provide for a guarantee retention of up to 5% with a guarantee period of at least 2 years. The guarantee deduction of M. B. is paid before the expiration of the warranty period by agreement of the parties and subject to the provision of a bank guarantee to the Customer.
6) Providing a price offer means agreeing to the terms of the contract in the attachment and the requirements for labor protection of the Customer (the requirements will be provided additionally at the request of the participant).

The password for downloading will be provided additionally after the participant submits a signed confidentiality agreement (the NDA file in the attachments) and the participant's questionnaire.
The selection of the General Contractor will be carried out in 2 stages (possibly 3, if there are at least 2 best offers at stage 2, similar in price/quality parameter):
1) Preliminary selection. The deadline is until 23.07. inclusive. Provision by the participants of the TAP according to the proposed technical task.
2) Final selection. The deadline is until 06.08. Provision of final TCHS from participants who have passed the preliminary selection. The final deadline and the technical specifications of the M. B. are adjusted by the Customer.
!!! Requirements for the General Contractor:
1) Financial condition: total turnover for 2020 – at least 1 billion rubles, or the average value of 1 billion for the previous 3 years;
2) Experience: General contractor in recent years for the last 3 years, a commercial or industrial object from 10 thousand m2;
3) Purity: On the market for more than 3 years without changes in legal entities (without changes in the TIN and KPP for the last 3 years)
4) Licenses: SRO and for construction, design, surveys;
5) Staff: at least 2 accredited ISPs; not a single incident and accident over the past 3 years, a dedicated software department with more than 2 full-time employees, a permanent number of full-time staff of more than 50. The availability of its own ability to perform a working design. The ability to perform the functions of a Technical customer.
Participants who do not meet these requirements will NOT be considered.
