Selection and approval of the list of anticorrosive and flame retardant coating systems for enterprises of the Fertilizer Division of JSC "MHC "EuroChem"
Comments: The list of approved AKZ and OGZ systems with an indication of the cost fixed for JSC "MHC "EuroChem" will be included in the Requirements Specification when holding tenders for the selection of contractors for the application of protective coatings and taken into account in the commercial proposals of Bidders.
Validity period of the approved list: 3 years from the date of approval, or until changes in the technical characteristics of the approved material.
Pricing: the cost of paint and varnish materials (1 kg/l converted to 1m2) required for applying a protective layer to 1m2 of the surface is fixed, taking into account the consumption rates for each material and taking into account the type of surface to be coated (solid/lattice surfaces, the material on which the system is applied, etc.).
Contract form: Based on the results of the tender, EuroChem MHC JSC will conclude agreements with material manufacturers with a corporate price list and volume fixing for 2024 for Bidders who have been selected and offered optimal commercial conditions. The distribution of volumes for 2025-2026 will be carried out additionally.
Formation of a package of documents when submitting an bid:
1. A separate package of documents is formed for each Lot, which must be collected in folders. The name of the folders should include the Lot number and the name of the enterprise (BE) in accordance with the list.
2. In the case when it is supposed to use one system for several Lots, the name of the folder should include the numbers of all Lots for which this system is proposed.
3. The documentation inside the folder should be structured, have a hierarchical appearance in accordance with the "Proposal Form" and the Terms of Reference.
4. A register of submitted documentation is attached to the document folder.
5. The names of the documents should reflect the essence of the content in accordance with the general hierarchical structure, allow to unambiguously establish the relationship between the documents.
6. When providing certificates in the text of which there are references to additional documents (test reports, etc.), it is mandatory to provide these documents.
