Payment terms:payment for services is made quarterly after signing the quarterly Act transfer acceptance within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of receipt of the invoice. The supplier is entitled to invoice the buyer after signing certificates work.
Delivery terms:the customer orders and supplier provides a solution for projects, improvements and incidents provides after-sales service products in warranty and after-warranty period. Customer may order support services on all or part of the cost of the remaining services should not change. All prices for Services made by the Supplier, are solid and fixed for a period of five years from the date of entry into force of the Treaty. The main currency of the Treaty is the ruble.
