Payment terms:Prices for goods and materials (only new ones) should be indicated in rubles per unit, excluding VAT (20%), including packaging, transportation costs by road to the Buyer's/Customer's warehouse, customs duties, fees and other mandatory payments. Deferred payment of 35-60 calendar days
Delivery terms:Fixing the price for the specified period. Supplies of goods and materials are carried out by preliminary order, monthly. THE PURCHASE IS NOT A ONE-TIME PURCHASE!

Comments:
The selection of suppliers and the determination of the winners of the selection will be carried out taking into account the evaluation of the following criteria:
- minimum price level without VAT on CPT terms (buyer's warehouse in Ruzaevka);
- Deferred payment of at least 60 cal. days from the date of delivery;
- All other things being equal, preference is given to the manufacturer or of.dealer (representative) in the presence of a certificate of the manufacturer;
- The proposed shopping centers must be new !
- The quality of the supplied goods must comply with GOST (TU), declared for selection;
- Fixing prices for the selection period;
- Delivery of products monthly, in batches agreed upon by direct contracts with the Customer/Buyer;
- Complexity of delivery;
- Lack of negative experience of working with the enterprise of JSC "Ruzhimmash".
The documents for the conclusion of the contract are provided in one file, the entire document without splitting into sheets. Each document is separate.
JSC "Ruzhimmash" reserves the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winners of the selection.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
