Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:prices for goods and materials (only new) must be indicated in rubles per unit excluding VAT (20%), including packaging, transportation costs by road to the Buyer's / Customer's warehouse, customs duties, fees and other mandatory payments. Deferred payment 60 calendar days.
Delivery terms:Fixing the price for the specified period. Supplies of goods and materials are carried out according to the preliminary order of the above enterprises, monthly. PURCHASE IS NOT SINGLE !!!!. Delivery in cardboard containers no more than 20 kg on pallets. Delivery at the expense of the supplier to the buyer's warehouse.

Comments:
The selection of suppliers and the selection of the selection winners will be carried out taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- Deferred payment of at least 60 cal. days from the date of delivery;
- All other things being equal, preference is given to the manufacturer or official dealer (representative) with a certificate from the manufacturer;
- The proposed goods and materials must be new;
- The quality of the supplied goods and materials must comply with GOST (TU) production of the Russian Federation, declared for selection;
- Fixing prices for the selection period;
- Delivery of products on a monthly basis, in batches agreed by direct contracts with - the Customer / Buyer;
- Complexity of delivery;
- Lack of negative experience of working with enterprises with enterprises of JSC "Ruzkhimmash" and LLC "VKM-Steel"
