Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The application of a scan copy of the Commercial Offer on the Vendor's signatory form on the FCA and/or CPT delivery bases is required.
Consent to the Model Buyer/Customer Agreement with penalties.
Please note that the Offer is irrevocable in accordance with Art. 435 and Article 436 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation TMC deliveries. (Supplier) undertakes to deliver on the terms specified in this offer if acceptance for all or part of the range is received by one of the persons to whom the this offer, for the duration of this offer.

In the event of acceptance for all or part of the assortment by one of the persons to whom the offer is submitted, (the Supplier) undertakes to conclude within one day of receipt of acceptance with Customer/Buyer TMZ supply contract/specification under the terms specified in this offer.
This selection does not constitute a bidding (tender, auction) or public tender in accordance with articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Civil Code), and does not impose upon LLC & quot; WKM-STEEL" obligations under the above articles of the Russian Civil Code
Competitive selection may be cancelled at any time before it is summed up.
If the terms and conditions of the selection are changed or cancelled, the costs incurred by any person in connection with the selection process will not be reimbursed.
