Ranking of bids

Attachment of a scanned copy of the Commercial Offer on the Supplier's letterhead with a certifying signature on the FCA and/or DDP delivery bases is mandatory.
Agreement with the standard Contract of the Buyer / Customer with the indication of penalties.
I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the Commercial Offer is, in accordance with Articles 435 and 436 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, an offer irrevocable during the entire above-mentioned period of delivery of goods. (Supplier) undertakes to carry out delivery on the terms specified in this offer, in case of receipt of acceptance for the whole or part of the assortment by one of the persons to whom this offer is addressed, during the entire term of this offer.

In case of receipt of acceptance for the whole or part of the assortment by one of the persons to whom the offer is addressed, (the Supplier) undertakes to conclude with the Customer within one day from the date of receipt of the acceptance/The Buyer has a contract for the supply of goods/specifications on the terms specified in this offer.
This selection is not a competitive bidding process (tender, auction) or a public tender in accordance with Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Civil Code of the Russian Federation), and does not impose obligations on VKM-STEEL LLC provided for in the above articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
The competitive selection can be canceled at any time before the results are summed up.
