Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
Deferred payment. Prices for goods (new only) must be indicated in rubles per unit excluding VAT (20%), including packaging, transportation costs to the Buyer/Customer's warehouse, customs duties, fees and other mandatory payments.
When placing documents, it is mandatory to attach a Commercial Proposal in two versions:
1. in electronic format (template B2B)
2. in the form of a scan with the seal and signature of the supervisor.

Fixing the price for the specified period.
The basis of delivery should be indicated in two versions - "to the buyer's warehouse" and "pickup".
Deliveries of goods are carried out by preliminary discharge of the above-mentioned enterprises, on a monthly basis. Regular Call for Bidding.
Comments: The selection of suppliers and the determination of the winners of the selection will be carried out taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- Deferred payment of at least 60 K. days from the date of delivery;
- All other things being equal, preference is given to the manufacturer or the official dealer (representative);
- The proposed shopping centers should be new;
- The quality of the supplied goods must comply with GOST (TU) manufactured in the Russian Federation, declared for selection;
- Fixing prices for the selection period;
- Delivery of products monthly, in batches agreed by direct contracts with - The Customer/ Buyer;
- Complexity of delivery;
- Lack of negative experience of working with enterprises with RM Rail enterprises.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
