Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Prices for goods (new only) must be indicated in rubles per unit excluding VAT (20%), including packaging, transportation costs to the Buyer/Customer's warehouse, customs duties, fees and other mandatory payments

Fixing the price for the specified period. Deliveries of goods are carried out by preliminary discharge of the above-mentioned enterprises, on a monthly basis.

Comments: The selection of suppliers and the determination of the winners of the selection will be carried out taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- Delivery on the terms of CPT (buyer's warehouse)
- Deferral of payment for at least 60 cal. days from the date of delivery;
- All other things being equal, preference is given to the manufacturer or the official dealer (representative) if there is a certificate of the manufacturer;
- The proposed shopping centers should be new;
- The quality of the supplied goods must comply with GOST (TU) manufactured in the Russian Federation, declared for selection;
- Fixing prices for the selection period;
- Delivery of products monthly, in batches agreed by direct contracts with - The Customer/ Buyer;
- Complexity of delivery;
- Lack of negative experience of working with enterprises with enterprises of JSC Ruzhimmash
