Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
Deferred payment. Prices for goods and materials (only new ones) should be indicated in rubles per unit, excluding VAT (20%), including packaging, transportation costs by road to the Buyer's/Customer's warehouse, customs duties, fees and other mandatory payments.
When placing documents , it is mandatory to attach a KP in two versions:
1. in electronic format (template B2B)
2. in the form of a scan with the seal and signature of the head.
Delivery terms:
Fixing the price for the specified period. The basis of delivery is CPT (to the buyer's warehouse). Supplies of goods and materials are carried out according to the preliminary order of the above-mentioned enterprises, monthly. Regular purchase.
Comments: The selection of suppliers and the determination of the winners of the selection will be carried out taking into account the evaluation of the following criteria:
- Deferred payment of at least 60 days from the date of delivery;
- All other things being equal, preference is given to the manufacturer or the official dealer (representative);
- The proposed shopping centers must be new;
- The quality of the supplied goods must comply with GOST (TU) production of the Russian Federation, declared for selection;
- Fixing prices for the selection period;
- Delivery of products monthly, in batches agreed upon by direct contracts with the Customer/Buyer (preferably CPT);
- Complexity of delivery;
- Lack of negative experience of working with enterprises with RM Rail enterprises
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
