Prequalification shall be carried out to select the supplier for the supply of large structural elements of metal structures intended for use personally by the Buyer and not is intended for transfer to third parties.
Attention! THE SCOPE OF WORK OF THE SUPPLIER WILL INCLUDE DOCUMENTATION DEVELOPMENT!!!
ARE PREFERRED PARTICIPANTS WITH A DESIGN OFFICE.
Pre-qualification is not a bid (competition, auction) in accordance with articles 447 — 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation or a public competition in accordance with articles 1057 to 1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, or other regulated procurement procedures (methods of procurement) provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Organizer has the right to refuse to carry out the procedure, as well as to complete the procedure without concluding a contract based on its results at any time, and the Organizer does not reimburse the participant for expenses incurred in connection with the preparation and participation in the request for proposals procedure.$ Bidding organizer has the right to amend the Announcement and Documentation, as well to extend the period (date and/or time) for submission of Proposals.

THIS PROCEDURE IS CARRIED OUT IN ORDER TO LIMIT THE FREE DISSEMINATION OF SCIENTIFIC DEVELOPMENTS OF THE COMPANY. SO ALL DOCUMENTATION AND 3-D MODELS WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER THE SELECTION OF POTENTIAL SUPPLIERS AND THE SIGNING OF NDA.
A questionnaire must be provided from the participant at this stage (see procurement documentation). After the procedure the results of the preliminary qualification selection by the commission of the enterprise will be summed up
