Payment terms:-The prices in the selection are put without VAT, taking into account the transport costs to the branch-customer (DDP) and are valid for all branches-customers;
- Deferred payment of at least 60 cal. Days from the moment of delivery and consent to the Vekselnuju scheme of calculations * (in case if your tap will specify a postponement of less than 60 days and refusal of the bill scheme of settlements, other equal conditions, the priority will be on the party, offering a large Deferred payment for the delivered products and the consent to the bill);

Delivery terms:DDP Station/Buyer's warehouse (transportation costs in the price of goods)
- Planned branch Demand (appendix № 1 in the procurement documentation) is formed on the basis of requests of subdivisions-customers and during the 1st half of 2019g. can be adjusted;
- Delivery is carried out on the basis of monthly requests of the branch-customer after signing the specification for delivery.
