Instructions for submitting proposals:
The file "ТМЦ _ СМР B2B SERVICES Internal Application СМР 2019" contains the sheets, "Price List", "Budget Competition"
The "Price List" sheet contains information on the presentation of services with recommended reference prices, you must make an offer for each position, if the reference price is exceeded, you must leave a comment in the appropriate cells. Also, in line No. 693, the distance coefficients indicate the new object, the existing object, the coefficient must be indicated in the appropriate cells. ATTENTION less than 1 is prohibited.
The Contest Budget sheet contains the necessary final information on the lots, in this case, information on lot No. 3 of the Tver Region / Moscow Region / Vladimir Region / Nizhny Novgorod Region, price data excluding VAT. These prices must be paid on the electronic trading platform - without VAT.
Confirmation of the price offer is carried out by the application of the settlement file with the preservation of all sheets.

2. Editable version of the file "TMC _ SERVICES СМР B2B Internal Application СМР 2019", in excel format;
3. Counterparty documentation must necessarily comply with the general requirements for downloadable documentation.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or competition, does not fall under the scope of art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations of the Customer at the choice of the supplier.
