Instructions for submitting proposals:
The file "СМР 2020 Contest" contains sheets, "Price", "Budget Contest"
The "Price" sheet contains information on the provision of services, with recommended reference prices, it is necessary to make an offer for each position, if the reference price is exceeded, you must leave a comment in the appropriate cells.
On this sheet, you can indicate the reference prices for materials / services / works, deviations in prices in positions that are not relevant are permissible, you can make your offer, with a justification of the price in the appropriate cell.
Also in line No. 690 the distance coefficients are indicated for a new object, an active object, in the corresponding cells it is necessary to indicate the coefficient. It is recommended to adjust the price offer by coefficients.
ATTENTION less than 1, betting odds is prohibited.
ATTENTION, when submitting coefficients, it is necessary to take into account Moscow and the Moscow region separately, for Tver region / Vladimir region / Nizhny Novgorod region
The "Budget Competition" sheet contains the necessary summary information on lots, in this case, information on lot No. 3 Tver Region / Vladimir Region / Nizhny Novgorod Region, as well as separately for Moscow, Moscow Region, these prices are excluding VAT, on line No. 6 the final value is displayed (the sum of the cost by the coefficients Moscow and the Moscow region and the Tver region / Vladimir region / Nizhny Novgorod region), which must be indicated on the ETP - the price is displayed without VAT.


Confirmation of the price offer is carried out by attaching a calculation file with saving all sheets.
Name and requirement for uploaded documentation:
General requirements.
Each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- is saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file (for example, the Charter must be scanned not in separate pages, but in one file (file PDF format in black and white);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
- the name of each file must indicate its content, the name of the counterparty.

What to upload to the ETP
1. A certified scanned copy of the "СМР 2020 Competition", each sheet is signed and certified with a seal and signature, in pdf format, one file;
2. Edited version of the file "СМР 2020 Competition", in excel format;
3. Partner card indicating the current contact details of the person responsible for providing information in this procedure, full name. (in full), contact phone number, e-mail - required;
Documentation from the participant must necessarily comply with the general requirements for downloadable documentation.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or tender, and is not subject to Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the Customer at the choice of the supplier.
