Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Deferring payment for at least 60 cal. days from delivery and consent to a promissory settlement scheme* (if your TKP indicates a deferral of less than 60 days and a waiver of the bill of settlement scheme, all other things being equal, priority will be on the party of the Participant who has offered a large deferral on payment for delivered products and has sent consent to the bill)

Comments:
1. Offers are accepted with a price in rubles without VAT, taking into account delivery to Customer's warehouse.
2. If your company is a factory dealer, you must attach a certificate that will be confirmed by the manufacturer.
3. It is an offer to attach in a scanned form on your organization's letterhead with a signature and stamp.
