Comments:
1. If your company is a manufacturer's dealer, you must attach a certificate/dealer ID to which the actual manufacturer of the products will be confirmed. If incorrect information is filed about the manufacturer and/or the manufacturer's production site (during the selection), the Supplier shall pay a fine of 50% of the contract value ( additional contract condition).
2. It is an offer to attach in a scanned form on your organization's letterhead with a signature and stamp.
3. Fill in app #1 without changing the order or number of lines, send an Excel option along with the signed technical and commercial offer. Not priced positions/opt-outs to mark in the general list, but not delete.
4. Required condition, availability of certificate of readiness of the applicant's enterprise to use certified welding technology, type of technical equipment CO (boiler equipment), para. 3 (manufacture overpressure vessels)
