Comments:
1. If your company is a manufacturer's dealer, you must attach a certificate/dealer certificate that will confirm the actual manufacturer of the product. In case of submission of false information about the manufacturer and/or production site of the manufacturer (during the selection process), the Supplier shall pay a penalty in the amount of 50% of the contract price ( additional condition of the contract).
2. Attach your proposal in scanned form on the company letterhead with signature and seal.
3. Fill in Appendix No. 1 without changing the order and number of lines, send together with the signed technical and commercial proposal, an Excel version. Mark unrated items/refusals in the general list, but not delete.
4. Mandatory condition, availability of a certificate of readiness of the applicant's enterprise for the use of certified welding technology, type of technical devices KO (boiler equipment), item 3 (manufacture vessels operating under overpressure)
