4. Your proposal to attach in a scanned form on the letterhead of the organization with the signature and seal.
5. The offer or attached documents must necessarily indicate the equipment set, including documentation (passport, instruction, verification certificate, etc.).
6. To the equipment it is necessary to provide in electronic form the catalog/passport of the equipment or other document indicating the full technical characteristics of the offered equipment.
