Comments:
1. If your company is a manufacturer's dealer, it is necessary to attach a certificate/dealer certificate, which will confirm the actual manufacturer of the product. In the event of false information about the manufacturer and/or the manufacturer's production site (at the time of selection), the Supplier shall pay a penalty of 50% of the contract price ( additional terms of the contract).
2. Your proposal to attach in a scanned form on the letterhead of the organization with the signature and seal.
3. Fill in the application №1 without changing the order and number of lines, send together with the signed technical and commercial offer, the version in Excel format. Note unpriced/rejected items in the general list, but do not delete.
4. I ask you to consider the positions not a common lot, but for each position separately, as the decision will be taken at the minimum price per unit of goods.
