3. If your company is a factory dealer, you must attach a certificate that will be confirmed by the manufacturer.
4. Attach your proposal in scanned form on company letterhead with signature and seal.
5. I ask you to regard the positions not by a common lot, but by each position, since the decision will be made at the lowest price per unit of goods (LOT DIVIDABLE).
