Comments:
1. The price for the devices of a soft start, according to the technical specification, should be specified without VAT, taking into account the transportation expenses to the warehouse of the buyer in Achinsk, taking into consideration the Chief-installation and the Chief-Setup.
2. The soft start devices must be fully compliant with the technical specifications.
3. Specifications must be spelled out in the commercial offer.
4. Please prescribe in the commercial offer a guarantee of the value preservation from the moment of the tap's issuance until the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
5. Please prescribe in the commercial offer a detailed and full name of the Tmsc (brand, manufacturer).
6. Additionally provide documents detailing the technical description of the tmsc, a copy of the certificate of conformity from the manufacturer to the Tmsc, a copy of the certificate of representation of products from the manufacturer (if any).
