All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.

The Customer has the right to refuse the request for proposals, including completion of the procurement procedures without determining the winner at any time, including after the signing of the Protocol on the results of the purchase, including the winner, without incurring any Liability to any individuals and legal entities, as well as to the winner of the purchase.

The Organizer of the request for proposals has the right, if necessary, to change the term of consideration of proposals and take stock of the results in greater or lesser direction.
