Comments:
When submitting an Application, the Participant is obliged to agree with the terms and wording of the draft agreement. In case of refusal to conclude a contract on the terms specified in this documentation, the Organizer has the right to cancel the results of the procurement procedure for concluding a contract in the form of PJSC CHMK, within 10 working days.
Please note that this request is not a type of tender/auction/public offer and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting a request for prices /offers, an invitation to participate together with the documentation on request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; an application for participation in the request is an offer of a potential Participant in the request for prices/offers. At the same time, the Organizer has no obligation to conclude a contract based on its results.

ООО "Продтехно" по позициям 4-6, 12, 14, 16, 17, 30 общей стоимостью 201 637,19 руб. без НДС.
ООО ТД "СТРОЙРОСТ" по позициям 18, 28, 29, 33 общей стоимостью 349 028,00 руб. без НДС.
ООО "АЛЬФА ТРЕЙД ПЛЮС" по позициям 20, 24, 26, 37 общей стоимостью 606 022,02 руб. без НДС.
