Payment terms:Recommended form of payment: Payment within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery. Price with delivery, without VAT.
Delivery terms:The products are delivered by the supplier's motor transport.
The costs of delivery and installation (installation) of products are included in the price.
The ownership of the supplied products passes at the time of the transfer of the products in the Buyer's warehouse and the signing of the acceptance certificate of installation works.
The delivery time of individual batches of products is within 10 days from the date of conclusion of the contract and submission of the application by the Buyer.
Before signing the contract for the supply of goods, the supplier ensures the departure of the measurer to clarify the dimensions of the products and related equipment, after which the Buyer is provided with drawings indicating all final dimensions.

Comments:
When submitting an Application, the Participant is obliged to agree with the terms and wording of the draft agreement. In case of refusal to conclude a contract on the terms specified in this documentation, the Organizer has the right to cancel the results of the procurement procedure for concluding a contract in the form of PJSC CHMK, within 10 working days.
Please note that this request is not a type of tender/auction/public offer and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting a request for prices /offers, an invitation to participate together with the documentation on request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; an application for participation in the request is an offer of a potential Participant in the request for prices/offers. At the same time, the Organizer has no obligation to conclude a contract based on its results.

ООО "САТУРН УРАЛ" по позициям 3, 8, 9, 20, 21, 23, 27, 32, 37, 38, 40-43, 47, 49-56, 60-62 общей стоимостью 1 752 474,50 руб. без НДС. ООО «Строительный Двор. Комплектация» по позициям 1, 2, 10, 12, 15, 16, 22, 33, 34, 44, 45, 59 общей стоимостью 286 186,02 руб. без НДС. ООО "АЛЬФА ТРЕЙД ПЛЮС" по позициям 7, 13, 14, 17-19, 24, 25, 39, 58 общей стоимостью 361 604,45 руб. без НДС.
Позиции 35, 36 признаны несостоявшимися в связи с отсутствием конкурентной среды.
