Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Deferring payment 65 calendar days or postpayment on supplier terms (supplier must mark number of calendar days of deferred payment)
Delivery terms:Deliveries will be delivered monthly according to multiples of the minimum package. Delivery to the combinates by supplier.

Documents must be in Russian and certified with the original supplier/manufacturer seal:
1. On first delivery before the expiration and/or changes are made:
- specification;
2. On first delivery onwards, updated annually:
- chemical security passport;
- Halal certificate (granted at first delivery and updated after expiration), in case there is no guarantee letter (provided on first delivery and updated annually ), confirming the product's compliance with halal food requirements;
3. For each delivery:
- a document confirming the quality and safety of the batch.

Comments:
By participating in the tender, you automatically confirm the signing of the Rusagro form contract and additional agreements to the contract, as well as the terms of delivery. Vendor selection will be based on the approved criteria and points described in the Invitation to Participation file.
This procedure of requesting proposals is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of part two of the Russian Civil Code. Therefore, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the customer.
