Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is lower than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be reduced.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The buyer in his offer offers payment terms. 100% prepayment for the entire volume is a competitive advantage. Reducing the price of blockage is not provided. The place of loading and the type of scrap to be loaded is indicated by the Seller. Transportation, loading by forces and at the expense of the Buyer. Paid volume must be removed from the territory of the Seller within 20 days from the date of prepayment.
Location and terms of delivery:
Rostov region, Novocherkassk, Aluminum site. Loading and pickup vehicles of the Buyer. A license to work with scrap of ferrous metals is mandatory; we use the VAT exemption.
Comments: Participant who has submitted a bid before bids submission deadline shall upload the following documents:
1. Articles of Association (with all the amendments, if any).
2. License for the procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous scrap.
3. Certificate of the state registration.
4. Certificate of tax registration.
5. Extract from USRLE.
6. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance.
7. Documents confirming the powers of the person authorized to sign the documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
