Payment terms:
Payment for services can be carried out by the customer in any of the following ways:
- by transferring bills to the contractor. The transfer of bills is carried out under the act of acceptance. From the moment the bill is transferred, the customer is deemed to have fulfilled his obligation to pay for services.
- by transferring funds to the account of the contractor within 30 (thirty) banking days after signing the act on the performance of work (provision of services).
Delivery terms:
Collection, processing, transportation and disposal of waste of III-IV hazard classes in accordance with the standard for the generation of production and consumption waste. The average volume of waste generation at the enterprise is 17-20 tons per year. The Contractor, at the request of the Customer, provides services for the collection, transportation and disposal of waste of II-IV hazard classes.
Comments: The Contractor / Contractor is obliged to do the work / render the service on its own. The involvement of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
By submitting an offer (offer), the Contractor / Contractor guarantees that it is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer, the Contractor is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of certainty to verify the integrity of the Contractor / Contractor, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent performance by the Contractor / Contractor of work / services, including, but not limited to: extract from the staffing table with attachment of copies of employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information on the availability of property or on a rental right: office, warehouse, production premises eny, equipment / tools / mechanisms vehicles.
If these documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on Organizer, and Organizer reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.

For the proposal, in order to further participate in the bidding on the trading platform at b2b-center and hold a meeting of the Tender Committee for the selection of the supplier / contractor / contractor, the following documents are required:
1. Charter.
2. Certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on a legal entity registered before 01.07.2002
3. Certificate of state registration of a legal entity (if the legal entity is registered after July 1, 2002)
4. Certificate of tax registration.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance.
6. Certificate of a simplified taxation system (if the Contractor applies a simplified taxation system).
7. The staffing list with attached copies of the employment contracts of persons who will perform work / services.
8. Tax reporting for the last reporting period.
9. Information on the presence in the ownership or lease of mechanisms / tools / vehicles with which the work will be performed / services rendered.
10. Confirmation of membership of the SRO (self-regulatory organization).
Documents are requested for verification of the counterparty with the aim of further participation in bidding on the trading platform at b2b-center and holding a meeting of the Tender Committee for the selection of a supplier / contractor / contractor.
I ask you to formulate a commercial offer and place it on the b2b-center trading platform with the following information: the cost of neutralizing 1 kg. (or tons) of waste (excluding VAT and including VAT), payment terms, special conditions for the provision of services, deadlines for the completion of work after receiving a neutralization request from the customer and other information. Availability of a license for the collection, transportation, processing, recycling, disposal, disposal of hazardous waste of I-IV hazard classes - indicate No. and date of issue (attach to commercial offer).
The cost of neutralization should be final, taking into account:
- fare;
- manual unloading on the territory of the contractor;
- packaging (bags) for packaging waste.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
