Payment terms:
The results of the work are documented by an act of waste disposal, an act of acceptance and transfer of waste, an act of work performed indicating the name of the work, the name and amount of the transferred waste. An invoice is issued for payment by the Customer.
Payment is made by the Customer within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the signing of the acceptance certificates. Other payment options are being considered, the assessment of which will be given in conjunction with other conditions for the performance of work (total cost, terms, etc.).
The date of payment under the agreement is the date of debiting funds from the Customer's current account.
Delivery terms:
Availability of a license to carry out activities for the collection, transportation, processing, disposal, disposal, disposal of waste of I-IV hazard classes.
Execution of the entire volume of the declared services.
Collection, processing, transportation and disposal of wastes of III-IV hazard classes in accordance with the standard of production and consumption waste generation. The average volume of waste generation at the enterprise is 20-30 tons per year. The Contractor, at the request of the Customer, provides services for the collection, transportation and disposal of waste of III-IV hazard classes.
The list of waste to be neutralized at the landfill is presented in Appendix 1 to the terms of reference.

Comments: 1. . In connection with the threat of the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-2019) in the Novosibirsk region, in order to protect the population and the territory of the Novosibirsk region from the threat of an emergency, to prevent the threat of socially dangerous consequences, in accordance with Article 4.1 of Federal Law No. 68 of December 21, 1994 -FZ "On the protection of the population and territories from natural and man-made emergencies", the Law of the Novosibirsk region dated 13.12.2006 No. 63-OZ "On the protection of the population and the territory of the Novosibirsk region from intermunicipal and regional emergencies", by the decree of the Government of the Novosibirsk region from 03/18/2020 No. 72-p "On the introduction of a high alert regime on the territory of the Novosibirsk region, the Contractor's employees are allowed to the territory of the Customer's facility only if they use hand protection (mittens, gloves) and respiratory protection (respirators, masks).

2. The Contractor's employees who arrived from other regions or left the territory of the Novosibirsk region are required to provide a negative test result for the determination of PHK (PCR) for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, the causative agent of severe acute respiratory syndrome (COVID-19). The validity of test results should be no more than fourteen calendar days from the date of collection.

The Contractor / Contractor is obliged to perform the work / provide the service on his own. Involvement of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
By sending an offer (offer) the Contractor / Executor guarantees that he is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer, the Contractor is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of confidence to make sure of the conscientiousness of the Contractor / Contractor, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent execution by the Contractor / Contractor of work / provision of services, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with by attaching copies of labor contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information on the ownership or lease of: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447-449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
