Auto-extension

Payment terms:
1. Payment for services can be carried out by the customer in any of the following ways:
- by transferring bills to the contractor. The transfer of bills is carried out under the act of acceptance. From the moment the bill is transferred, the customer is deemed to have fulfilled his obligation to pay for services.
- by transferring funds to the account of the contractor within 30 (thirty) banking days after signing the act on the performance of work (provision of services).
Weighing of waste is carried out on the scales of automobile electronic statistical weighing of the Customer.
Result of work: The invoice and the certificate of completion. At the end of the billing period (each calendar month), no later than the 2nd day of the month preceding the billing period.
The act of completed work is accompanied by a specification of the transferred waste by name with an indication of the volume.
Delivery terms:
Availability of a license for the collection, transportation, processing, recycling, disposal, disposal of waste of I-IV hazard classes, registration of the landfill in GRORO.
Fulfillment of the entire scope of the declared services.
Collection, transportation and disposal of waste of IV-V hazard classes at a licensed and included in the landfill site in the amount not exceeding 9 121.366 tons / year according to the schedule of waste collection agreed by the parties. The average volume of waste generation at the enterprise is 2000 tons per year.

Comments: The Contractor / Contractor is obliged to do the work / render the service on its own. The involvement of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
By submitting an offer (offer), the Contractor / Contractor guarantees that it is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer, the Contractor is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of certainty to verify the integrity of the Contractor / Contractor, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent performance by the Contractor / Contractor of work / services, including, but not limited to: extract from the staffing table with by enclosing copies of employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information on the availability of property or on a rental right: office, warehouse, production premises eny, equipment / tools / mechanisms vehicles.
If these documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
