Payment terms:
Settlements between the Parties are made in the following order:
- The Buyer makes payment for the delivered Goods by advance payment, until the time of shipment, in the amount of 100% of the value of the batch of Goods;
The goods are shipped to the Buyer's vehicles in batches on pickup terms. Transportation costs are borne by the Buyer. The Product sampling period is May-June 2024.

Comments: Lebedinsky GOK JSC sells catalyst waste based on zinc oxide (FCCO 4 41 005 05 49 3), packaged in big bags, in an estimated amount of 100,000 kg. The waste was generated as a result of the production activities of the hot briquetted iron plant
Waste storage conditions: outdoors - without a canopy
Moisture content: it is not possible to control, as it depends on weather conditions.
Mechanical impurities: According to technological requirements, the zinc oxide catalyst is operated in conjunction with ceramic balls of different diameters. The number of supporting ceramic balls (diameter from 6 mm to 19 mm) is about 11% of the mass, which cannot be separated when unloading the spent catalyst.
The sale of the above waste is carried out under the contract of the editorial office of JSC Lebedinsky GOK on the following terms:
1. Payment Terms: 100% prepayment
2. Delivery terms: pickup
3. Delivery time: May-June 2024
4. Delivery volume: 100,000 kg. +/- the tolerance of the delivery volume is not limited, if an additional output of the waste batch is formed during the above shipment period, then it can be offered to the Buyer on existing terms.
5. The condition of the necessary documentation: availability of a license for hazardous waste management: MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE LICENSE ARE THE AVAILABILITY OF ALL NECESSARY ACTIVITIES, NAMELY:
COLLECTION, TRANSPORTATION and DISPOSAL of the above type of waste. Download the license when submitting the bid.
Before the deadline for accepting bids (04/26/2024), it is possible to inspect catalyst waste, as well as sampling (several kg.) - send a request for inspection with your contacts by e-mail m.prudskih@mks.metalloinvest.com .
