Comments: Legal persons meeting the following qualification requirements shall be allowed to participate in the proceedings:
1) Have a license for the type of activity or an appropriate document from the authorized body authorizing to carry out by law collection (preparation), storage, processing and sale of scrap and waste of ferrous and non - ferrous metals.$
2) They have a license to carry out activities on collection, transportation, treatment, disposal, neutralization, placement of wastes of I-IV hazard classes.
3) Have legal capacity to conclude a contract of purchase and sale of scrap metal.
4) Are solvent
5) They possess material, financial and labor resources sufficient to fulfill obligations under the contract of purchase and sale of scrap ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
The application shall be accompanied by the following documents:
1. Copy of the license for the right to carry out activities (license for the right to purchase and receive waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, etc.), in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2. Copy of the license for carrying out activities on collection, transportation, treatment, disposal, neutralization, placement of wastes of I-IV hazard classes.
3. Founding documents.
4. The completed and signed contract in the formats .pdf, .doc.
5. Application of ETP participant.
