Payment terms:
The buyer in his commercial proposal offers the terms of payment. 100% prepayment for the entire volume is a competitive advantage. No reduction in the price of clogging is foreseen. Transportation, loading by forces and at the expense of the Buyer. The paid volume must be removed from the Seller's territory within 20 days from the date of prepayment.
Location and terms of delivery:
Rostov region, Novocherkassk, Aluminum platform. Loading and self-pickup by the Buyer's motor transport. A license to work with ferrous scrap is required, we use a VAT exemption.
Comments: The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, must upload the following documents to the system:
1. Charter (with all additions and changes, if any).
2. License for procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous scrap.
3. Certificate of state registration.
4. Tax registration certificate.
5. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
6. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with the tax authority's mark of acceptance.
7. Documents confirming the authority of the representative to sign documents:
- Decision (Protocol).
- Power of attorney.
8. Proposal for the performance of work (see the file "Proposal for the supply of goods")
