The participant who participated in the procedure (who made the proposal) must upload the following documents to the system before the expiration of the application deadline:
1. Charter (with all additions and changes, if there were any).
2. License for harvesting, storage, processing and sale of ferrous scrap.
3. Certificate of state registration.
4. Certificate of registration for tax registration.
5. Extract from Unified State Register of Legal Entities
6. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with the tax authority's acceptance mark.
7. Documents confirming the authority of the representative to sign documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
8. Proposal for work (see "Proposal for the supply of goods" file)
