Заказчик перечисляет аванс в размере 50% от стоимости материалов и оборудования по Договору, путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Подрядчика в течение 14 (четырнадцати) календарных дней с момента выставления Подрядчиком счета на оплату аванса после подписания Договора.
Окончательная оплата за фактически выполненные работы производится с отсрочкой не менее 30 и не более 60 календарных дней с момента выставления Подрядчиком счета на оплату, составленного на основании подписанных Сторонами Акта о приемке выполненных работ (форма № КС-2), справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат (форма № КС-З).
