Prices are indicated in rubles of the Russian Federation without VAT, but taking into account all other taxes, fees and duties provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The supplier must include transportation costs in the price of the goods, taking into account delivery to any Agro-Auto LLC Motor Vehicle Company and loading and unloading operations.
Payment procedure: 100% post-payment. Within 15 (fifteen) banking days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of rendered services, if there is an invoice of the Contractor, executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on the basis of the act of rendered services signed by both Parties with the register of completed flights and the invoice attached to it.
Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period of at least from October 01, 2023 to April 30, 2024.

Bidders can submit bids for participation in one, several or all items.
Within the framework of one direction, it is necessary to fill in all 5 columns of the 07 Form of the Commercial Proposal of the MFP 20 tn.
When submitting a tariff (columns "F", "G", "H", "I") and there is no data on the guarantee for the provision of vehicles (column "E"), you will be assigned the minimum guarantees - 1 vehicle per day in this direction.
One flight means the delivery of the vehicle to all Distribution Centers of the Customer's loading zone and the delivery of cargo carried out from the Vehicle loading point to the farthest point of the route, which includes no more than 1 (one) address of the Vehicle unloading point/points, inclusive. Each additional Vehicle loading/unloading point for any route of the Customer's loading zone is charged as 1 (one) the hour of operation of the vehicle according to the cost of 1 (one) hour of operation of the vehicle.
According to the KDC directions indicated as round-trip, it is necessary to include 40% of flights in the cost of the flight for the export of return containers (i.e. out of 10 flights, in fact, round-trip with the export of OT will be required in 4 cases).
