Payment terms:В течение всего срока действия договора стоимость Товара является фиксированной и изменению не подлежит.
Оплата Товара производится на основании счетов, выставляемых Поставщиком.
1.Покупатель производит 100% предоплату месячного объёма поставки Товара в течение 10 (Десяти) дней с даты выставления счета Поставщиком и подписания настоящего договора.
2.Расчеты осуществляются путем перечисления Покупателем денежных средств на рас-четный счет Поставщика, если иное не установлено условиями Договора. Обязательства Покупа-теля по оплате считаются выполненными с момента зачисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика.
3. По соглашению Сторон допускаются иные формы расчетов, не противоречащие законодательству Российской Федерации
