Payment terms:
Расчеты по Договору производятся путем перечисления Покупателем денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика стоимости Товара течение 30 (тридцати) дней после фактического получения Товара, его разгрузки, подписания Сторонами товарной накладной по форме № ТОРГ - 12 и выставления Поставщиком в адрес Покупателя счета и счета-фактуры, оформленного в соответствии с действующим законодательством Российской Федерации.
Terms of delivery:
Поставщик обязуется передать в собственность Покупателя товар (далее - Товар), в соответствии с наименованием, количеством, ассортиментом, комплектности и по цене, определенными в «Спецификации», а Покупатель обязуется принять Товар и оплатить его.
Срок поставки Товара: начало – в течение 3 (трех) дней с момента подписания Договора; окончание - не позднее 05.04.2013.
Поставка Товара осуществляется силами и средствами Поставщика в адрес Покупателя: 440066, Пензенская обл., г. Пенза, Октябрьский район, Пятый Виноградный проезд, д. 24Г.
