Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment shall be made by the Buyer by transferring 100% (One hundred percent) of the Goods value under the relevant Application from the Buyer's settlement account within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the receipt by the Buyer of the Goods lot, the signing of the Goods Invoice by the Parties (Form TORG-12 approved by the Decree of the State Statistics Committee No. 132 of 25.12.98) or the Universal Transfer Instrument (hereinafter referred to as FRT) in accordance with clause 5.2 of the Agreement.
Terms of delivery:Goods delivery time: from the date of signing by the Parties to the Agreement until 30.11.2018.
Delivery place of the Goods: delivery of each batch of the Goods is carried out at the address of the Buyer: Moscow, Slavyanskaya Square, 2/5, p. 5. The Consignee of the Goods is JSC "Technical Inspection of the Unified Energy System".
