1. The procedure is not an offer, auction or tender and their conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is not a public tender, is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
2. Based on the results of studying the documentation received during this procurement procedure, additional requests may be sent to Bidders in order to clarify the bids received. - We ask you to set up notifications and track requeries.

1.1. Fixing the price in the Contract for the requested services in rubles excluding VAT
1.2. Work on 100% post-payment with a deferred payment of 60 calendar days.days
2. The format of the Procedure:

2.2. Method of conducting:
The procedure is carried out in one stage: prequalification - receipt of completed "Questionnaires" within the specified period in the procedure at the b2b site
2.3. The planned date of the decision on this stage: up to 25 calendar days.days from the end date of the procedure (clause 2.2.)
2.4. Informing the Bidders of the Procedure about the results is carried out by notification on the b2b site.
2.5. In this procedure, if necessary, a Follow-up documents request/information can be issued for all Bidders, or for a specific one. We ask you to set up notifications from the site and respond to requeries in a timely manner.
2.6. Lenta reserves the right to declare the procedure invalid and close it without further transition to the Competitive bidding process stage.
2.7. After summing up the results of THIS procedure, the admitted Bidders will be automatically pulled into the trail.stage - request for a Commercial Proposal
3. Document Flow:
3.1. At the conclusion of the Contract, it is additionally necessary to sign Appendices:
• Appendix - Agreement on Assurances (WITHOUT EDITS);
• Appendix - EDI Agreement;
•Agreement on the provision of IB_gis (WITHOUT EDITS)
•NDA form (The feed transmits the KEY)_rus (WITHOUT EDITS)
3.2. A prerequisite is connection to the EDI (for the possibility of exchanging closing documents).
4. All information obtained as a result of the procedure is strictly confidential.
