Обоснование: Предложение Участника ООО "МТС" (юридический адрес: 109147, г. Москва, ул. Марксистская, д. 4) отклонено, как несоответствующее по существу условиям запроса предложений, поскольку стоимость Предложения Участника превышает лимитную – начальную (предельную) цену лота (Договора), что не соответствует п. 4.4.5.1 Закупочной документации.
Запрос предложений на право заключения Договора на оказание услуг подвижной (сотовой) радиотелефонной связи стандарта GSМ 900/1800 для нужд филиала ОАО «МРСК Северо-Запада» «Новгородэнерго» признан несостоявшимся на основании пункта 12.6.15. Положения, поскольку на запрос предложений не поступило ни одного предложения, соответствующего по существу требованиям Закупочной документации.
