Procurement subject:

Open tender for the right to enter into an Agreement for the supply of valve assembly cabinets for the project: "Upgrade of VTETS-2 (CHP Plant): transformation of the equipment into the natural gas burning mode. Stage 2." The products shall be supplied for the needs of OAO DGK in 2012

Lot #1. RTZO Valve Assembly Series KSATO for the project: "Upgrade of VTETS-2 (CHP Plant): transformation of the equipment into the natural gas burning mode. Stage 2." The products shall be supplied for the needs of OAO DGK in 2012 (Primorskaya Generation, a branch of OAO Far Eastern Generating Company)

Lot #2. Pop valve cabinets for the project: "Upgrade of VTETS-2 (CHP Plant): transformation of the equipment into the natural gas burning mode. Stage 2." The products shall be supplied for the needs of OAO DGK in 2012 (Primorskaya Generation, a branch of OAO Far Eastern Generating Company)

Lot #3. RTZO Valve Assembly for the project: "Upgrade of VTETS-2 (CHP Plant): transformation of the equipment into the natural gas burning mode. Stage 2." The products shall be supplied for the needs of OAO DGK in 2012 (Branch "Primorsk generation" of OJSC "DGK")

Lot #4. RTZO-88B valve assembly for the project: "Upgrade of VTETS-2 (CHP Plant): transformation of the equipment into the natural gas burning mode. Stage 2." The products shall be supplied for the needs of OAO DGK in 2012 (Primorskaya Generation, a branch of OAO Far Eastern Generating Company)

Bid securities (except for bank guarantees):Обязательства участников, связанные с участием в конкурсе, обеспечиваются неустойкой в размере 3% от предлагаемой Участником общей стоимости конкурсной заявки (с учетом налогов)

Extract from the Protocol of the competitive commission № 393 from 17.04.2012 г., г.Хабаровск

Decision of the competitive commission:

  1. For Lot No. 1 cancel the bidding.
    Reason: Корректировка инвестиционной программы по газификации Владивостокской ТЭЦ-2
  2. For Lot No. 2 the Customer Филиал "Приморская генерация" ОАО "ДГК" shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "Чебоксарский завод автоматики" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 654 664,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 554 800,00 RUB).
  3. For Lot No. 3 the Customer Филиал "Приморская генерация" ОАО "ДГК" shall accept the proposal from the Supplier АО "ТЕКОН-Инжиниринг" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 4 761 006,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 4 034 750,85 RUB).
  4. For Lot No. 4 the Customer Филиал "Приморская генерация" ОАО "ДГК" shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "Чебоксарский завод автоматики" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 2 314 688,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 1 961 600,00 RUB).
