Requirements to the bidders:
Участвовать в настоящем конкурсе может юридическое лицо, являющееся субъектом малого и среднего предпринимательства, либо физическое лицо, в том числе: индивидуальный предприниматель. При проведении конкурса на ЭТП, такое лицо должно быть зарегистрировано на соответствующей ЭТП в качестве Участника ЭТП, а также в качестве Участника настоящего конкурса.
Однако чтобы претендовать на победу в конкурсе и получение права заключить с Заказчиком Рамочное соглашение, Участник конкурса должен отвечать отборочным (пороговым) требованиям, установленным в п.4.5.1.1 Конкурсной документации.
