Requirements to the bidders:
Участвовать в настоящем конкурсе может любое юридическое лицо, являющееся субъектом малого и среднего предпринимательства, физическое лицо, в том числе: индивидуальный предприниматель.
При проведении конкурса на ЭТП, такое лицо должно быть зарегистрировано на соответствующей ЭТП в качестве Участника ЭТП, а также в качестве Участника настоящего конкурса.
Однако, чтобы претендовать на победу в конкурсе и получение права заключить с Заказчиком Договор, Участник конкурса должен отвечать отборочным (пороговым) требованиям, установленным в пп.4.5.1.1 Конкурсной документации.

Tender bids:
Конкурсная заявка должна быть оформлена по форме, представленной в Конкурсной документации.
Конкурсная заявка должна быть оформлена на русском языке, все цены должны быть указаны в российских рублях.
Конкурсные заявки представляются в Конкурсную комиссию по адресу Организатора конкурса - ПАО «МРСК Северо-Запада», Адрес место нахождения: Россия, 196247, г. Санкт-Петербург, площадь Конституции, д.3, литера А., пом. 16Н, кабинет 305 следующим способом:
1. Конкурсные заявки должны быть подготовлены в соответствии с требованиями Конкурсной документации и представлены в электронный сейф Организатора конкурса, в соответствии с действующим Регламентом работы ЭТП «www.b2b-mrsk.ru» в срок, установленный Извещением и Конкурсной документацией.
2. Предоставление Конкурсной заявки на бумажном носителе не требуется.
Конкурсная заявка, размещенная на ЭТП, подписывается электронной цифровой подписью (ЭЦП, ЭП) уполномоченного представителя Участника конкурса, действующего в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации от лица Участника конкурса без доверенности или на основании доверенности.
Contract award criteria:
Competition Commission at its meeting determines the winner of the contest as a participant of the contest, the tender application of which took the first place in the final ranking of bids by the degree of preference for the Customer.
Contract conclusion date:
Agreement between the customer and the winner of the contest for each lot is signed on the basis of the Protocol on the results of the competition not earlier than 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of placement of the Protocol on the selection of the winner of the Contest (the protocol on the Results of the Contest) in a unified information system in the field of procurement at the address in the Internet "www.zakupki.gov.ru".
The term for signing the contract between the customer and the bidder selected as the winner of the contest and (or) submitting by the decision of the Competition Commission the best bid shall be no more than 20 (twenty) business days from the date of Acceptance of the decision on conclusion of such agreement by the organizer of the contest, except for the cases when the actions (omission) of the organizer of the contest (the Customer) and/or the Competition Commission are appealed to the antimonopoly body or to the judicial Order. In these cases the contract shall be concluded within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of entry into force of the decision of the antimonopoly body or the Judicial Act providing the conclusion of the Contract.
