Конкурсная комиссия создана Распоряжением филиала ПАО «МРСК Северо-Запада» «Вологдаэнерго» от «15» октября 2018 года № 264р.
Requirements to the bidders:
Участвовать в настоящем конкурсе может юридическое лицо, являющееся субъектом малого и среднего предпринимательства, либо физическое лицо, в том числе: индивидуальный предприниматель.
При проведении конкурса на ЭТП, такое лицо должно быть зарегистрировано на соответствующей ЭТП в качестве Участника ЭТП, а также в качестве Участника настоящего конкурса.
Однако чтобы претендовать на победу в конкурсе и получение права заключить с Заказчиком Договор, Участник конкурса должен отвечать отборочным (пороговым) требованиям, установленным в пп.4.5.1.1 Конкурсной документации.

Конкурсная заявка Участника должна быть оформлена по форме, представленной в Конкурсной документации.
Конкурсная заявка Участника должна быть оформлено на русском языке, все цены должны быть указаны в российских рублях.
Конкурсные заявки Участников представляются в Конкурсную комиссию по адресу: 160035, Россия, г. Вологда, Пречистенская наб., д.68 следующим способом:
1. Конкурсные заявки Участников должны быть подготовлены в соответствии с требованиями Конкурсной документации и представлены в электронный сейф Организатора конкурса, в соответствии с действующим Регламентом работы ЭТП www.b2b-mrsk.ru» в срок, установленный Извещением и Конкурсной документацией.
2. Предоставление Конкурсной заявки на бумажном носителе не требуется.
Конкурсная заявка, размещенная на ЭТП, подписывается электронной цифровой подписью (ЭЦП) уполномоченного представителя Участника конкурса, действующего в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации от лица Участника конкурса без доверенности или на основании доверенности.
Contract award criteria:
the Competition Commission at its meeting shall determine the winner of the competition, as a participant of the competition, the competition application of which took the first place in the final ranking of bids on the degree of preference for the customer.
In determining the winner of the competition the Competition Commission will use the criteria set forth in 4.8.3 of the tender documentation.
Contract conclusion date:
Agreement between the customer and the winner of the competition shall be signed on the basis of the Protocol on the results of the competition not earlier than 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of placement of the Protocol on the selection of the winner (Protocol on summing up the competition) In a unified information system in the field of procurement at the Internet address "www.zakupki.gov.ru".
The term for signing the contract between the customer and the participant of the contest, chosen as the winner of the contest and (or) submitted by the decision of the Competition Commission the best tender application shall be no more than 20 (twenty) working days from the day Acceptance by the organizer of the tender (customer) of the decision to conclude such agreement, except for cases when the actions (inaction) of the organizer of the competition (the customer) and/or the Competition Commission are appealed to the antimonopoly body or the court Order. In these cases, the agreement must be concluded within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of entry into force of the decision of the antimonopoly body or a judicial act providing for the conclusion of the Treaty.
