- имеющий государственную регистрацию в установленном законом порядке;
- обладающий гражданской правоспособностью для заключения Договора;
- имеющий соответствующие лицензии на осуществление лицензируемых видов деятельности;
- обладающий всеми видами ресурсов, необходимыми для исполнения Договора;
- иным требованиям, установленным в Конкурсной документации.
