Lot #1. LOT #1 - sale of object of OS - group of buildings and structures of motorcade #1, located at the address: Cosmonauts highway, 61, Perm, from 6 objects of total market ratable value 58,018 million rubles. (JSC "Permenergotrans")

Lot #2. LOT #2 - sale of object of OS - group of buildings and structures of motorcade #7, located at the address: Savinskaya, Cosmonauts highway, 304, Perm, Perm territory from 16 objects of total market ratable value 29,91 million rubles. (JSC "Permenergotrans")

Requirements to the participants:В соответствии с Приложением к приказу РАО «ЕЭС России» от 28.06.2002г. № 368 «Агенты подлежат аккредитации на конкурсной основе при РАО «ЕЭС России» в соответствии с Регламентом аккредитации организации, претендующих на право осуществления деятельности агента по реализации непрофильных активов РАО «ЕЭС России» и дочерних и зависимых обществ РАО «ЕЭС России», утверждаемым Комиссией по собственности РАО «ЕЭС России».

Extract from the Protocol of the competitive commission № 5 from 29.01.2007 г., г. Пермь

Decision of the competitive commission:

  1. For Lot No. 1 the Customer ОАО "Пермэнерготранс" shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "Лаир" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 600 000,00 RUB (VAT free).
  2. For Lot No. 2 the Customer ОАО "Пермэнерготранс" shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "Лаир" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 350 000,00 RUB (VAT free).
