Requirements to the participants:К участию в конкурсе приглашаются лица, удовлетворяющие следующим требованиям:
-обладающие гражданской правоспособностью для заключения договора;
-не являющиеся неплатежеспособными, банкротами, не находящиеся в процессе ликвидации.
-на имущество участника в части, существенной для исполнения договора, не должен быть наложен арест, его экономическая деятельность не должна быть приостановлена;
-обладающие всеми необходимыми для выполнения договора видами ресурсов, компетентностью, опытом, квалификацией, лицензиями;
-заводы-изготовители, либо их дилеры, работающие на рынке услуг не менее 3-х лет и имеющие полномочия поставок в 2009 году, подкрепленные письмами завода-изготовителя.
Documentation kit:Комплект конкурсной документации может быть получен, начиная с 10.11.08 г., всеми заинтересованными Поставщиками через сайт www.b2b-energo.ru в ОАО "МРСК Волги".
Bank guarantee:Amount of security: 3,00 %
Bank guarantee commencement date: 11.12.2008 00:00
Guarantee period expiry date: 31.03.2009 23:59
Guarantee cases:
  • commitment not to alter or revoke the Bid during its validity period after Bids submission deadline;
  • commitment not to deliberately provide false information or misrepresent the information and the documents submitted as part of Tender Bid;
  • commitment to sign the Protocol of tender results, if the participant is declared the winner and is duly notified of that;
  • commitment to conclude the Contract as provided by this Procurement documentation.

Tender bids:Конкурсные предложения должны быть заполнены на русском языке в соответствии с требованиями конкурсной документации и направлены через сайт www.b2b-energo.ru в ОАО "МРСК Волги" (формат *.doc, pdf, jpeg).
Bid opening place:Вскрытие конвертов с конкурсными заявками произойдет по адресу 410065 г. Саратов, 2-й Красноармейский туп.1, оф.3 ОАО "МРСК Волги" на сайте www.b2b-energo.ru в присутствии представителей участника конкурса (если участник выразит желание).
Bid submission deadline:12.01.2009 at 11:00 MSK.
Contract award criteria and Contract execution term:Победителем конкурса будет признан участник, предложивший наилучшие условия в соответствии с требованиями конкурсной документации. Договор с победителем будет заключен в срок указанный по окончанию торгов.
Starting purchase price:Цена договора не объявляется. Цена должна быть с учетом всех налогов, страховых сборов и прочих обязательных платежей. Транспортные расходы входят в цену продукции. Продукция поставляется автомобильным или ж.д. транспортом в адреса филиалов ОАО «МРСК Волги»
Порядок оплаты: по графику поставки. Продукция должна соответствовать требованиям заказчика и подтверждена документацией.
Additional information:Организатор конкурса вправе отказаться от его проведения не позднее, чем за 3-10 дней до окончания срока подачи заявок без каких-либо для себя последствий. Организатор конкурса незамедлительно уведомляет всех Участников конкурса об отказе от проведения конкурса в письменной форме. По вопросам, связанным с проведением конкурса обращаться по тел.
