Procurement subject:

Open one stage tender without a preliminary selection to the right of writing a contract to perform repairs and construction of the buildings of "OGC-3" OJSC branch "Pechorskaya state district power station":

Lot #1. Repairs of a main block roofing (the branch of "OGC-3" OJSC "Pechorskaya state district power station")

Lot #2. Repairs of the roofing of OVC-1 ("OGC-3" OJSC branch "Pechorskaya state district power station")

Lot #3. Repairs of the roofing of OVC-2 ("OGC-3" OJSC branch "Pechorskaya state district power station")

Lot #4. Repairs of the roofing of GRP-2 ("OGC-3" OJSC branch "Pechorskaya state district power station")

Lot #5. Repairs of the fastening of the main block columns ("OGC-3" OJSC branch "Pechorskaya state district power station")

Lot #6. Repairs of the joints of the main block wall panels ("OGC-3" OJSC branch "Pechorskaya state district power station")

Requirements to the participants:Участник конкурса является правоспособным в полном объеме, экономическая деятельность которого не приостановлена или на имущество которого со стороны третьих лиц не имеется претензий, способных воспрепятствовать исполнению Договора;
Участник конкурса может на законных основаниях предложить продукцию и обеспечить ее дальнейшее гарантийное обслуживание; Участник конкурса имеет необходимый опыт выполнения аналогичных работ, обладает самостоятельно или способен привлечь необходимые материальные, финансовые, кадровые и иные ресурсы.
Documentation kit:Комплект конкурсной документации будет выслан любому участнику в соответствии с Правилами и регламентом ЭТП "В2В-энерго"
Bid securities (except for bank guarantees):Не требуется
Tender bids:Конкурсные заявки должны быть подготовлены на русском языке в соответствии с Конкурсной документацией и направлены через ЭТП "В2В-энерго", а также в бумажном варианте по адресу Заказчика.
Bid opening place:Вскрытие конвертов будет происходить по адресу Заказчика: 169600, республика Коми, г. Печора, филиал ОАО "ОГК-3" "Печорская ГРЭС"
Bid submission deadline:Bid opening accomplished 20.04.2007 at 11:00 MSK.
Contract award criteria and Contract execution term:Победитель Конкурса будет определен на заседании Конкурсной комиссии, как участник конкурса, Конкурсная заявка которого заняла первое место в ранжировке Конкурсных заявок по степени предпочтительности для Заказчика.
Starting purchase price:Лот №1 "Ремонт кровли главного корпуса" - 3 509 400 рублей (без НДС);
Лот №2 "Ремонт кровли ОВК-1" - 1 214 000 рублей (без НДС);
Лот №3 " Ремонт кровли ОВК-2" - 365 000 рублей (без НДС);
Лот №4 "Ремонт кровли ГРП-2" - 337 000 рублей (без НДС);
Лот №5 "Ремонт крепления колонн главного корпуса" - 267 000 рублей (без НДС);
Лот №6 "Ремонт швов стеновых панелей главного корпуса" - 2 211 400 рублей (без НДС).

Extract from the Protocol of the competitive commission № 7247-03/247 from 15.05.2007 г., г. Печора

Decision of the competitive commission:

  1. For Lot No. 1 the Customer филиал ОАО "ОГК-3" "Печорская ГРЭС" shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ЗАО "РЕГИОН" (г. Волжский) and enter into an Agreement for the final price 3 203 216,00 RUB (VAT free).
  2. For Lot No. 2 the Customer филиал ОАО "ОГК-3" "Печорская ГРЭС" shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ОАО "КЭР" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 1 403 869,03 RUB (VAT free).
  3. For Lot No. 3 the Customer филиал ОАО "ОГК-3" "Печорская ГРЭС" shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ИП "Гринько В.А." and enter into an Agreement for the final price 284 736,61 RUB (VAT free).
  4. For Lot No. 4 the Customer Филиал ОАО "ОГК-3" "Печорская ГРЭС" shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ИП "Гринько В.А." and enter into an Agreement for the final price 259 238,74 RUB (VAT free).
  5. For Lot No. 5 Declare bidding void
  6. For Lot No. 6 the Customer филиал ОАО "ОГК-3" "Печорская ГРЭС" shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО СК "Уралпромсервис" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 1 643 877,97 RUB (VAT free).
